Just a quick note to let you know how much I am enjoying my Rav 4.  It still feels so new and is always a treat to step into.  Thank you for your time and patience during the purchasing process and for the little nudge to take it out for a test drive on that rainy day back in September.  Dealing with you and your staff was a very positive experience, one I hope to have duplicated when the time comes to replace this vehicle.
